The events at Barcelona became a blessing in disguise for Chelsea and AC Milan for they are fiercely competing to lap up Ronaldinho once he is put up on board for transfer. While Chelsea is happy with the terms put up by Ronaldinho’s brother Roberto Assis, AC Milan has earmarked a £70million but said it cannot match the £11.6million a year salary Chelsea offered. Meantime Ronaldinho denied all the rumors of his sale or transfer and assured his Barcelona fans that he is going nowhere. He said, “I am glad to be here and am only thinking about playing for this outfit.”

Zlatan Ibrahimovic is not only strong and well built; he is also a great attacking player. He is considered as one of the finest dribblers in the world today. Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s agility, speed and acrobatic skills were finely blended into wonderful football techniques.

He is very adept at scoring goals with first time volleys, which is not possible unless one has excellent ball control techniques and Zlatan Ibrahimovic has plenty of them in him. His spectacular assists and passes have also helped the team score goals on several occasions.

Massimo Moratti, the owner and president of Inter Milan was enraged when the reported interview of Ancelotti made headlines linking Zlatan Ibrahimovic to the controversy. Massimo Moratti blasted Ancelotti saying, “I definitely did not appreciate Ancelotti’s comments. I really don’t think that Ibra can go to Milan.” Moratti’s reaction was relayed to Ancelotti, who in turn hit back at Moratti triggering an exchange of snide comments from both sides and caused the relationship between the two clubs hit an all time low.

The press too inferred Zlatan Ibrahimovic because he earned the displeasure of Inter Milan bosses by criticizing them and their style of management which he said was uninspiring and suggested to bring in the scandal-linked Luciano Moggi to Inter Milan. Besides criticizing, Zlatan Ibrahimovic has also demanded a hike in his pay from £4m per season to at least £5.5m.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic praised Luciano Moggi, the Juventus Manager and his style of managing the club. “You always need someone like Moggi in an organization,” Zlatan Ibrahimovic reiterated in front of Sky Italia television recently. He further added, “They [Inter Milan and Juventus] are two great teams, but that Juve had something more. At Juve, they were a lot clearer on certain things and there was a sense of cohesion that still isn’t present at Inter.” He told in an interview to Libero newspaper.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic further said, “When I arrived at Inter, the first thing I advised Moratti was to bring in Luciano and change their [at Inter Milan] mentality.”

His statements praising Luciano Moggi, the Juventus boss caused widespread resentment at Inter Milan and millions of fans wondered at the audacity of his suggestion to bring in such a disgraceful person to lead Inter Milan.

Luciano was accused of match fixing and buying off referees. He made a shameful and disgraceful exit from Juventus in 2006 and is now facing an investigation into his reported match-fixing scandals.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic on his part was only praising Luciano Moggi’s organizing abilities and effective team management techniques.

“When I was young, I always had a ball with me and we took turns. It was always, ‘Who can do the most beautiful trick, who can do the most difficult thing?’ That was what we tried, all the time, in the playground. Every day I’d try to do a new kind of trick.” Zlatan Ibrahimovic said stirring the memories of his childhood days.

He further added, “When I try something on the field, it’s just something that happens by itself.” But Zlatan Ibrahimovic only has to have the ball with him and he can do wonders with it - netting goals or assisting his teammates with incredible passes to net goals. Either way Zlatan Ibrahimovic is unique.
